Hi I'm Karen Amidala Del Real

I was born in Nayarit Mexico. I am an artist. I'm in high school. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Karen. I live in Los Angeles, California and I'm a high school student. My grades are usually A's and B's and I'm in my schools orchestra and rock band. I am a violinist, pianist and singer and I'd like to expand my musical knowledge and learn guitar and harp.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because whenever I doubt myself my ward is there for me, my bishop is like another grandfather to me and everyone is always kind and gives great advice. I met my best friends in the church and the church has helped me through all of my problems like my depression, anxiety and other stuff. Not only are the members really nice, but being around them gives you this form of peace and joy that you can't explain. It's such an amazing feeling. Seminary is also a big part of my daily life since every time I don't go for a while my grades and school life get worse and worse. Seminary has been helping me realize how important my grades and my personal progress in the church are. It's helped my determine who my real friends are and how important my talents are. If I didn't have the church I don't know where I'd be and I don't want to find out.

How I live my faith

I'm the Mia Maid's president in my ward and I draw the posters for my ward's events. I give my bishop and leaders ideas for new youth/ward activities. I attend every girls camp and this year I went to Trek and had an awesome experience there. I like to tie in superheroes and movies to the gospel just like my father.
