Hi I'm Kiara St. Onge

I grew up in southern Alberta. I'm a mormon :)

About Me

After high school I moved around a lot because I get bored easily of the same place haha. So I lived in Lethbridge, Edmonton and Virginia US. Still not sure what I want to do for a career, but after I finish my mission in Canada Edmonton I want to either travel, take ASL course, do some humanitarian work and hang out at YSA! I have grown up a member of the church my whole life, but gained a strong testimony of the gospel when I was 21 and so I decided to put my papers in and serve a mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I know this restored Gospel of Jesus Christ is true not just because I grew up in it with my family, but I've learned this for myself. I've had many trials and have had to learn and grow from these experiences which have made me stronger and helped to increase my faith. Faith is what has gotten me along knowing my Heavenly Father is always there for me. I love the Gospel and Jesus Christ so much, it means everything to me and changes the way I live my life. I will never let it go because it has brought me more happiness and peace than I ever could have imagined. :)

How I live my faith

I learn about Jesus Christ and his teachings everyday and then try to be more like him. I love to serve others where I can because I have found that when I do I can start to see people through his eyes and have a greater love and charity for others. I read the scriptures and pray daily and have felt the difference in my life compared to when I didn't. I try to let the Characteristics of Christ become a part of me. I worship on Sundays and allow the sacrament to help me understand the atonement more.
