Hi I'm Kennedy

I was born and raised in Utah. I love teaching. I love my Heavenly Father and my Savior, Jesus Christ. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love working with children of all ages. I work with children with special needs. I am serving my Lord in Indianapolis, Indiana. After my mission, I will be going to college in Utah and study to become a teacher. I love seeing children grow and learn about the things around them. Photography is a hobby of mine. My family is a soccer family. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is my happiness.

Why I am a Mormon

This gospel is my whole life. Everything I have right now is because of Jesus Christ and His gospel. I have had my struggles and through faith in my Savior, I have found comfort and healing. Having faith in Christ is the best thing I've done, for without it, I would not be the person I am now.

How I live my faith

I attend church each week. I was a teacher for nine-year-olds in my ward, and I loved every minute of it. I strive to become like my Savior. Each day I read my scriptures to come closer to my Heavenly Father and Savior, Jesus Christ. I am serving a mission to help people come to the knowledge and happiness that is the gospel. Each Sunday, I post on social media an uplifting quote for people around the world so they have something positive in this troublesome world.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

A testimony is a witness given to a person by the Holy Ghost. For example, one can find out for themselves whether Jesus Christ is the Son of God and if He really did die for us. One can know that everyone here on earth are God's children and that He loves us all dearly unconditionally. Praying with a sincere heart to know these things leads to a testimony of the truthfulness of what we learn. Show more Show less
