Hi I'm Noelle

I am a red head, rugby player, connoisseur of food, lover of 80's music, and a missionary. More importantly, I'm a mormon.

About Me

I am currently preparing to serve a mission in the Philippines and am learning at the provo mtc. I cannot be anymore excited at this opportunity to Heavenly Father and His children. I love being active and playing sports. This past year I attended BYU and was able to be on the women's rugby team. I also play tennis and soccer. I love food and 80's music and going to the thrift store with my grandma!

Why I am a Mormon

Because this gospel is right and true. I cannot imagine where I would be at this point in my life if I was not a current member. I have been blessed in numerous ways and have been able to experience supreme joy. I love my Savior and know the infinite sacrifice He has done for me and for everyone and for that I try to live as He would.

How I live my faith

Each day I do my best to say my personal prayers morning and night, as well as taking time to read the scriptures. This helps to remind me to be diligent about living my faith and living it well. I also try my best to help in my ward by teaching whenever I am asked and bearing my testimony to others!

What is the Atonement of Jesus Christ? Why was it necessary for Jesus Christ to sacrifice His life?

I have come to the personal and life changing knowledge of the reality of the Atonement of Jesus Christ. As children of our Heavenly Father, we came down to this world in order for us to grow, learn, and gain experiences that will better prepare us to live again. One thing that we will all experience is sin. Because of this, we cannot enter into our Father's presence again. A sacrifice was necessary to overcome all of our mistake and pains in mortality, and that sacrifice was infinite and eternal. (Alma 34:10) Christ's Atonement covered everything and anything. He personally suffered for each and every single one of us. He knew that not everyone would accept Him, yet He still suffered for everyone. I have used the Atonement in my life and felt its cleansing power. I have received joy through Christ's mercy and know that my weaknesses can become strong through Him. Show more Show less
