Hi I'm Collin

I grew up in Washington State. I love to play sports, eat food, and spend time with my friends and family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've grown up playing a lot of sports. I've gone from baseball to soccer to basketball over the last 12 or so years of my life. I actually would love to go to college to become a broadcast journalist to be on TV or radio over an MLB Baseball team. I love playing chess, board games, and spending time with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

"Why are you a Mormon?" That's the big question everyone always asks me. You know, the reason I'm a Mormon is because I've found the gospel of Jesus Christ to be a real blessing in my life. I've come to know that with Jesus Christ at the center of our lives, we can have a fullness of joy. Through living the gospel of Christ, I've learned that we can be blessed through our obedience. Obedience to the commandments, Law of Chastity, or the Word of Wisdom. There are so many great examples of righteous people in the scriptures, and in the Book of Mormon that we can come to be like in our own lives as well. I'm so thankful for our Father in Heaven preserving these records for us to benefit from in our day.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through sharing the gospel with those who I come in contact with in my everyday life. I used to work at a call center and I would read the Book of Mormon at my desk. Others would notice I was reading the "Scriptures" and they'd ask me what I believed in. Then I'd give them my Articles of Faith book mark so that they could understand everything I believed in. I tweet all the time scriptures that I come to love, and about different things that are going on at church that make myself and others happy.
