Hi I'm Eric Tanner Reid

I am a missionary serving in Tokyo, Japan. I am a future Lawyer. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am a nineteen year old man. I am a sophomore in college . I am studying Journalism with the intent of going on to Law School. I am from a suburb of Chicago. I live and breath Baseball. It is one of my favorite things in the entire world. My team is the Chicago Cubs, and I will root for them until the day I die. I have traveled the world. I have been to over 15 different countries, and I love the opportunity to be a citizen of the world.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon, because I know that this church contains the fulness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This church has made me into a better man, and a humbler man. My belief and knowledge of my Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ have grown exponentially because of this faith. This church is the church of my family, and family is one of the most important things to me. The church's belief of the integral role that family plays in our lives has to be divinely inspired, and I will always be grateful for that.

How I live my faith

The way I live my faith all goes back to a simple verse in the Bible, "Ye are the Light of the World." I have been blessed with so much because of my faith, and the best way that I can show my appreciation is to be an example to others. I have to live the commandments that I teach. I help the other men and women in my quorum by doing my best to serve them and fulfill their needs. I live my faith sacredly. I love the time that I spend praying to my Heavenly Father and studying the scriptures.
