Hi I'm Brennen Grimshaw

I've lived in southern California nearly my entire life. I leave for the Mexico City South Mission on November 22, 2016.

About Me

I have always enjoyed sports, scouting, and other outdoor activities. I have attended two semesters at BYU- Idaho. I am excited to serve in the Mexico City South mission.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents are both Mormon, and because of that I have always gone to Church. But as a young teenager I didn't think about religion and faith very much because it wasn't at the top of things that interested me. It wasn't until I went to a summer church camp when I was 17 that I changed. I noticed the difference between the kids my age and school and the kids my age with the gospel. Everyone was happy and kind all of the time. But the most important thing that I learned at the camp was the difference I could see in myself. For the first time I could feel and recognize the holy ghost as a companion and I had never been happier. Since then I changed my outlook on the Church as I could see the positive effect it had on people's lives and I could feel the truthfulness of the gospel. I know strive and desire to teach other people about the gospel so that they can feel the same happiness that it brings me.

How I live my faith

Growing up I participated and led activities with young men, young women, and my scout troop.
