Hi I'm Brandon

I am the oldest of five children. I have 3 younger brothers and 1 younger sister. I'm going to BYU after I get home. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play the piano. I love to learn from scriptures. And I love getting to know different kinds of people. I'm serving a mission to the people of California. When I come home I hope to go to college and earn a degree in the field of my choice. I hope one day I will be sealed to a companion of my choice for all eternity in the temple.

Why I am a Mormon

I have always been a Mormon. I know that even though I'm not perfect, I can still try to be like Jesus Christ every day. The Gospel has blessed me in so many ways. I'm grateful for the friendships that I've made throughout my life and how they have strengthened me. I am grateful my family that loves and cares about me, and my friends that always take an interest in me and what I have to say. I love my family and I know that I can be alongside them forever, and that makes Jesus Christ my big brother as well, and so I try each and every day to draw closer to Him. I know that with Him directing this Church I can always count on Him. I love Jesus Christ just as He loves me!

How I live my faith

I love the feelings that I get from this church as I learn about the restored Gospel. It gives me hope that through the Atonement of Jesus Christ, I can be forgiven of my sins and one day return to live with Him again. Family has always been a big part of my life, and I always strive to be kind and honest with my siblings and parents each and every day.

Do Mormons regard the Bible as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

Brandon
Absolutely. We believe that the Bible contains the fulness of the Gospel so long as it has been translated correctly. We have the Old Testament that testifies of what Jesus Christ did before His mortal ministry and how He guided His chosen people, the Israelites, in all the things that they did. And there is also the New Testament that tells of Jesus Christ's ministry when He was here on the Earth and how He established His Church. Show more Show less
