Hi I'm Samuel

I am halfway through college. I live in North Carolina. I love playing sports and spending time with my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Provo, Utah while my parents were attending Brigham Young University. I have moved a around a lot because of my dad's job, and my family even spent four years in Japan when I was ages seven to eleven. My family now lives in North Carolina, and I am halfway through college at the United StTes Military Academy at West Point. I am majoring in electrical engineering. I recently received a mission call to Tokyo, Japan, and am about to begin serving my full time mission for the next two years.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a very strong Mormon family with parents who raised me to follow in their footsteps and be active in the church. As I grew older, I began reading the Book of Mormon and scriptures regularly. Through studying and praying about the scriptures and teachings of the gospel, I have been able to gain a testimony of the truthfulness of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

How I live my faith

I am active in my congregation and I attend church every week. I also pray and study the scriptures everyday and strive to live my life so that I stay close to Heavenly Father.
