Hi I'm Kai

Nothing special, come from a rural town east of Melbourne and have spent my life as a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a young, 18 yr old preparing for my mission. I study Computer Science and am currently in my first year and will be finishing after my 2 year mission in the New Zealand Wellington Mission. I have an absolute passion for visual entertainment, TV, movies and video games. Throughout my earlier teenage years I struggled internally, being a victim of bullying for a few years and struggling with my own self-image - but nonetheless, I am gladly come through it, wishing none of it to be any different.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because it's what I know, but don't get me wrong, I don't follow my faith blindly. I know the truth, I have sought it, and developed my own testimony through my own gifts. There is no room for doubt in my heart as this gospel is the only thing I know, and the only thing I will ever know, and I know that I couldn't be the man I am, nor be as happy as I am without the blessings of the true gospel and without my Heavenly Father by my side every step of the way.

How I live my faith

I simply live my faith daily - reading my scriptures, praying, and trying my best to live a good honest Christ-like life (trying). I don't have anything special to do at church, my only calling previously being the Executive Secretary to the Bishop, which I learned to value the time and role of a Bishop in our ward, and all that he does and how busy he is, the amount of people he deals with and helps.
