Hi I'm Dallin Peters

I grew up in Jerome, Idaho. Love to play and watch sports, especially basketball and football. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am the second oldest of five kids. I have one older sister and a younger sister with two younger brothers. I absolutely love to play basketball and any type of sport. I love watching basketball and football as well. Sports are my main hobby. I also love to hike and camp with family and friends. I am planning on serving a LDS mission in the Mexico Ciudad Juarez mission, and report to the Mexico MTC on August 31, 2016. After honorably serving the Lord for two years my plan is to attend Utah State University. I am super excited for what my new and exciting future has in store for me.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the gospel. Growing up there were many times when I went to church just because my parents wanted me to. I was a young teenager when I read the Book of Mormon on my own and knelt down in prayer to ask the Lord myself to know if what I read was the truth and if I am living the true gospel. I had the most overwhelming feeling come to me and I felt so warm inside. Ever since then I haven't been perfect, but I have been doing my best to live the gospel and inspire others to live it as well. I know that the gospel has made me into the man I am today. The true gospel brings me such happiness and joy. That's why I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church every Sunday and fulfilling my callings. Such as hometeaching, being active in young mens, and being kind. I was a big part of organizing events for the young men. I try my best to be kind to everyone. No matter who it is or what their circumstances are. That is how I live my faith, by being an example and being kind to all.
