Hi I'm Kajun

I'm the oldest of 5 kids. I play rugby. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have played rugby for the last 6 years. My favorite color is blue. I want to attend BYU when I return from my mission to Mexico City.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because through prayer and studying the scriptures I received an answer that it is true. Throughout my life I have had many things happen to me that I know were blessings from our Heavenly Father. One time when I was about 5 years old I was riding my bike to visit my great grandma a couple of blocks away. Just before I crossed the street I heard someone say, "Stop!" I stopped and just then a car came speeding around the corner, I looked around and no one was there. I knew then that the Holy Ghost had warned me to stop. Since then I have known that Heavenly Father is watching over me and that if I listen to that still, small voice that is the Holy Ghost, I will be warned of danger...not just physical danger, but also spiritual danger. It is that same voice that has testified to me that the Book of Mormon is true, that we have a living prophet to guide us, and that Jesus is the Christ. Because I know these things, I know that I need to serve a mission and share this with whoever I can.

How I live my faith

Throughout my high school experience I tried to be a Christ like example. During my freshman year of high school a dam broke and flooded our community. Even though my family wasn't affected we deiced to help the people who's homes were flooded. This really helped build my understanding of service and how important it is.
