Hi I'm Ethan

I've lived in Meridian Idaho my whole life. I am preparing to serve a mission in Ecuador. I am a Mormon.

About Me

Throughout my high school career I participated in Track and Field. I competed in the Sprinting events, but eventually I started running the 400 meter dash and the 800 meter run. I plan on becoming an Electrical Engineer and studying this profession at Boise State University. I enjoy camping and swimming and spending time with my family. I've recently been to Disneyland which was one of the best experiences I've had with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the LDS faith, and my parents had helped me learn more about the church in my youth. I was Baptized at 8 years of age and have remained active to this day. I of course had questions and doubts sometimes to whether this church was true, but every time I prayed to God I felt a strong impression that I was in the right place. I bear testimony that this is God's true church and that he has erected it for the benefit of all who live, have lived, and have yet to live on this Earth. I say this in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I used to be part of the presidency of my youth group. I served as a counselor and a president, and it was very nice to serve in those positions where the younger members looked up to me. I have participated in many scouting events as well such as helping out at my local food bank, the homeless shelter, and the children's hospital. I also have completed my Eagle Scout Project where I led a group of people around my local community center and painted all the fire hydrants in a 2 square mile area. I soon will be a missionary that represents my church.
