Hi I'm Josh Gale

I'm from Kansas City. I travel all over the world. I play rugby. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I raffled off the opportunity to cut my hair once and made $800. I'm an avid traveler and I've been to Australia, Spain, Germany, Chile and Mexico. Within those trips I have snorkeled the Great Barrier Reef, run with the bulls, visited traditional churches and castles and visited the architecturally world famous Termas, or natural hot springs. I have 2 parents, 4 brothers and 1 sister whom I love very dearly. My family means the world to me. I was voted Most Respected and was runner up for Best All Around in high school. In high school I played rugby, football, soccer, basketball, and track. I love to play music on any instrument but I'm only familiar with percussion instruments and semi-familiar with the piano and guitar. I'm looking to go to college to study engineering but am unsure on what type yet. I love to do mud runs and marathons! Also I am preparing to serve a full time mission to Juiz de Fora, Brasil!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the LDS church because over my lifetime I have come to know of its truthfulness through prayer, scripture study and spiritual experiences. This church has answers to every question but especially to the big three questions: where did we come from, what are we doing here, and where will we go? An emphasis on the family and its eternal capabilities is one of the most important lessons in this church and one of the biggest reasons why I have a firm faith in it. I know that this is the one true church that will stand until the last days. I have never been able to think of a time where this church has held me back but only times where this church has saved or preserved me from the dark temptations of the adversary. I love this gospel and always will.

How I live my faith

Well I do my best to follow the commandments and live by the words of the prophets and leaders of the church. I live by a pretty simple "do unto others as you would have done unto yourself" philosophy. I try to contribute to every lesson or learning experience that takes place during church. I was asked to help instruct the youth group and be an example to them which helps me strive to be better.
