Hi I'm Scott Lyle

I am from Gilbert, Arizona. I am a Tennis player, a videographer, and a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy videography and photography. I also play Tennis, and instruments such as the Piano and Ukulele along with every other Mormon! I come from a family of five kids, the youngest with four older sisters and 12 nieces and nephews! I have recently graduated High School in Gilbert Arizona, and am currently serving in the Texas Houston East Mission. Due to struggling with migraines when I was younger, I served 3 months in the Arizona Mesa Mission preparatory to my time here in Texas.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been born into this church, however have come to know it is true for myself through reading the scriptures and by prayer. Moroni 10:4 in the Book of Mormon teaches us that if we pray to know of the truth of the the Book of Mormon and the Gospel with real intent and having faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth of all things through the Holy Ghost. Joseph Smith was a true prophet who was the instrument in bringing the authority of God back to the earth and translated the Book of Mormon to share with others. This is what the Gospel is all about: exersising our faith in Jesus Christ, loving others, and bringing everyone home to our Heavenly Father. I am a Mormon because I want to let everyone know of the fulness of the Gospel and to return to Heavenly Father righteously and worthily with an eternal spouse and family.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by constantly showing gratitude to my Heavenly Father and to his son, Jesus Christ. I currently serve as a missionary in Southeast Texas and share the joy of the Gospel with anyone I can wherever the Lord places me. Faith is an action word, thus by acting upon the principles of the Gospel, we can become better and better at living it.
