Hi I'm Scott Sandberg

I grew up in Utah. I did not start a school for orphans. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a Mormon! I like to meet new people. I like to knock on doors. I like to chase people down on the street. But most of all I like talking to people about the greatest thing that has ever happened since the resurrection of our Savior! I have a strong testimony that Jesus Christ is our Savior. I have a strong testimony that He appeared with His father to the boy Joseph Smith. I am certain that Christ's church is here on the earth today, and I am super excited to be sharing this great message with the people here in OMAHA!

Why I am a Mormon

I have read the Book of Mormon many times and know that it is inspired of God, and was written for us in these latter days. Reading the Book of Mormon has taught me more about God and what His plan is for us. I know that Jesus Christ has saved us from our sins, but I also know why He saved us. This knowledge has allowed me to make decisions with an eternal perspective, and I am eternally grateful for the chance that I have to help build God's kingdom here on the earth.

How I live my faith

Growing up I participated in church sponsored activities almost every day. On Sunday I attended Sacrament meeting, along with Sunday School, Young Mens, Mission Prep, and Temple Prep classes. That is a lot of church in one day haha. Then throughout the week I would attend Family Home Evening, Boy Scouts, Seminary, and other church activities. One of the things I love about being Mormon is we are not Sunday only Christians. Church isn't something that you go to for 45 minutes and then forget about for the rest of the week, but is an integral part of my life.
