Hi I'm Brittany

Lived in Utah most of my life. I love anything to do with arts and crafts. I love teaching the gospel.

About Me

I love to read and write stories. I love to listen to instrumental music because it's peaceful. I love to do arts and crafts, I especially love to draw. I have a lot of siblings. I am the oldest in my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was taught by missionaries and converted unto the LDS faith in August 2009. Two Elders came and visited with us teaching about the gospel and the Book of Mormon. When I read the Book of Mormon I knew that I could trust what ever the missionaries taught me. I love reading the Book of Mormon and everytime I re-read it I learn new things. I enjoy teaching what I learn and teaching to others about the gospel.

How I live my faith

I teach the gospel to 5-6 year olds in primary. I do indexing for the ward. I will be serving a mission within a few months.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

Brittany
Some people will say that a testimony is what you believe in, others will say that it is the truth you see and hear, but it is different for each individual in the Mormon faith or another. As a Mormon a testimony is the trust and joy you have in the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is the love you have for the Book of Mormon. It is the actions you do each day for others and for your family. It is the way the still small voice of the Holy Ghost communicates with you and how you acknowledge it. And it is the strength and knowledge you have gained from the words of the scriptures. Testimonies are constantly growing, and if you share your testimony you can help someone else's testimony grow as well as yours. Show more Show less
