Hi I'm Andrew

I have lived in Colorado, Georgia, and now Arizona. I'm interested in many things. I swam and played in the band. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have lived in three states now. As the oldest of four siblings, I love my family and consider them to be an important part of my life. I enjoy music as I play the piano and can play three different types of saxophone. I loved playing in the band and swimming in the swim team during high school. I am interested in many things, and I am a determined worker whenever I set my mind to complete any task.

Why I am a Mormon

Even though I grew up as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because my parents were members, I had to make my own decision of whether I wanted to officially join this church. At eight years old, I decided after much prayer and study that I wanted to join, so I got baptized. However, even after that, I had to redecide if I wanted to do this and if I know if this is right. After much reflecting, I found out that I do and did know! I know that this gospel is true. Jesus Christ lives, and he loves us. He suffered and died for each of us so we can live back with God and Jesus again. He organized his church on the earth, and after it fell into apostacy, he restored it again through the prophet Joseph Smith. This is Jesus Christ's church in this day and age, with a living prophet, President Thomas S Monson with living apostles who guide our church through revelation and inspiration from Christ. I know that this is true.

How I live my faith

I have been asked to be in the presidency of many classes of young men. Also, I have been asked to play the piano and organ for the congregation and choir of my church. I get to meet and visit with a few families and young men with my dad and leaders to check in on them often. Along with that, I just try to follow the Savior's example as I live from day to day. Right now, I am being a missionary for my church. This is completely voluntarily, and I will be spending two years proselyting and serving the members while not doing, thinking, or worrying about anything else in my life or the world.
