Hi I'm Bridger

I am a soon to be missionary. I'm an outdoor enthusiast. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I just graduated from high school. I'm about to leave on a mission to South Carolina. I'm the youngest in my family. I love to be outside and being active. I love to mountain bike, hike, run, swim, golf, and play pretty much any sport. I love to watch movies. I really love to learn, especially about history and astronomy.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been raised up in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have received so much joy, peace, and true happiness from this church, I cannot even express it. I have been blessed enough to know what to do to be safe, and that is through obeying the teachings of Jesus Christ. I always really want to do the right thing, because I know the happiness that comes with making righteous decisions. I do stumble though, quite often actually, and sometimes I can get discouraged with myself. What a blessing it is though to have the Atonement of Jesus Christ! I know that when I make mistakes He and His Atonement is always there for me, and I can be forgiven of the things that I have done wrong, even if it is hard to forgive myself. I know that this church is true, and that the core of all happiness comes from obeying the teachings of our literal Savior, Jesus Christ, and through using His Atonement!

How I live my faith

The young men's program in my ward has activities every week that I really love to go to. We go on campouts at least once a year, and they are super fun. Last year we did a 63 mile canoe trip down a river over a few days, which was a blast and a half! I go teach three families in my ward with my dad once every month. There are a lot of service opportunities in this church, which I love. There is a peach orchard that our ward takes care of, so we can give the peaches to people in need. I often go and help out, even though I don't see the people that get the peaches I still get the great feeling that comes with service.
