Hi I'm Emma

I was born and raised in Scotland. I am a recent convert. I am studying at University. I'm a mormon.

About Me

Born in Ayrshire, Scotland and currently studying History and English at University. I have been a member of the church since 24th June 2016 and I am loving learning more and more each day. I enjoy reading novels and writing. I am also a member of the university fencing club which practices weekly.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon simply because I have faith in the guiding principles of the church. I believe in Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I believe first and foremost in them. I believe in the plan of salvation and I know that we have prophets and apostles and that they are appointed by God to give us revelations in this time. I am a Mormon because we promote charity and respect for all and we understand that faith is not perfect but we strive for what we hope for in faith and through charity. We truly are God's children.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by studying the scriptures, attending sacrament as often as I can and performing ordinances at the temple for my ancestors. I am a family history consultant and I am working towards helping others to take their own family names to the temple as well as my own. Living by faith isn't easy but the scriptures help strengthen my testimony and I love experiencing the joy of the temple.
