Hi I'm Stockton

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I wish to share the happiness I have felt through this church.

About Me

I live in a family of 12 siblings. 8 of those siblings are adopted by my parents and are from all over the U.S. I have also been apart of 40+ foster children's lives that have come in and out of my home through the Act of Love Foundation, and the Foster Care Foundation. I have a strong passion for the piano and music alike. I enjoy playing baseball, basketball, football, and any sport for that matter; I love to get out and do anything.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the church for my whole life. However, because I was born into this church, often times it is very easy to go through the motions and not gain a true testimony of the Gospel; and one that you have grown to love and learn all by yourself. Aside from what I have been raised into, I have found the beauty and perfectness of this church and I have come to know without a doubt that it is the one and only true church living on this earth today. My testimony is not someone else's, it isn't something I read, it is simply something I have found for myself and I wish to share that with anyone and everyone.

How I live my faith

I have been called to serve in the Japan, Fukuoka Mission as a missionary for this church. I report to be trained to teach the people of Japan in about a month. I have decided to serve a two year mission to preach this gospel and to help others feel the happiness, pure joy, and comfort that comes from being apart of this church.

How can faith in Jesus Christ influence us in our marriages and family relationships? in our friendships?

Through faith everything that we as mortal beings on this earth wish to achieve can and will be accomplished. By faith we are given power to accomplish hard things. The degree to which we succeed and accomplish our goals is strictly due to how much we trust, and believe in Heavenly Father; that is called faith. Show more Show less
