Hi I'm Keetch

I was born and raised in Utah. You can find me on the golf course, hanging out with family and friends, or outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently a college student, trying to figure out what to study. I love to learn and try new things. I'm active with many organizations at my school and have loved the opportunity to serve and lead the students there. I also attend Institute, and I love having those Gospel classes to augment my learning. I love to play sports, especially baseball and golf. I love listening to music, and especially love concerts. I love my family very much, and I enjoy the times I get to spend time with them.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church, and was blessed with parents that believed in the gospel and taught me it from a young age. I was baptized when I was 8 and participated in the church throughout my whole childhood. As I grew up, I came to believe in the Gospel myself as the Holy Ghost taught me and testified of the truthfulness of the Gospel. I know the Gospel is true, and I am grateful for its teachings. I am especially grateful for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Through Him and His Atonement, our sins can be made clean, we can be strengthened and enabled during times of trial, and everything that is unfair in this life will be made right. He knows my struggles and worries, and because He suffered for me, he knows me personally and individually and He helps me and strengthens me as I believe in Him and exercise faith in Him and His Gospel. I know that anyone can come to know this for themselves by the power of the Holy Ghost, if they will exercise a little of their own faith, and ask our Heavenly Father sincerely in prayer. The Gospel has brought me immense joy in this life, and I encourage others to seek this joy by coming to know their Savior, Jesus Christ. I say all of these things in the name of my Savior, Jesus Christ, amen.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in many ways! I am active in my ward and I currently am a Primary teacher, which means I teach a Sunday School class for kids. I am just a kid myself so we have a lot of fun and we learn a lot from each other about the Gospel and the Book of Mormon. I love our ward meetings and look forward to Sunday each week to worship and to renew my commitment to my Heavenly Father. I also try to pray and study my scriptures each day and attend activities we have with my ward. We have fun and serve others together as we all try to grow closer to God. I will shortly be serving a full time mission, where I will leave for two years to serve my Heavenly Father by teaching and serving others away from my home. I look forward to serving!
