Hi I'm Austin Bowler

I am from Las Vegas, Nevada. I am a college student, and I repair vintage and antique typewriters. I am a Mormon.

About Me

Hello there, my name is Austin Bowler! I love to repair vintage and antique typewriters, and I cosplay as Spider-Man at charity events. My favorite event was when I went to a Children's Cancer Hospital and made so many kid's days. I love children, and as their faces filled with joy, I was reminded of God's love for us, as we are all his children. I am a college student at Brigham Young University Idaho, and I plan on continuing to give light to children in need of it.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of faith. I can not see God or His Son Jesus Christ, but I feel their presence when I pray. I feel loved, when I pray I know that I am not alone. The Lord's hands are waiting outstretched for you to take hold of them. When I pray or go to church I am happy. The gospel gives me such joy, and I promise you that as you pray sincerely to our Heavenly Father in the name of our Savior Jesus Christ, that you will be able to feel His love in your life. You will be happy.

How I live my faith

I love the Lord, and because of my love for Him I do all I can to obey His commandments. One service I have always wanted to give to the Lord is to serve as a missionary in His gospel, but because of medical issues with my knee I have not been able to serve as soon as I would have liked. I know that with the Lord's strength I can overcome the problems with my knee, and I know that as I work to strengthen it, I will be able to serve under the name of Jesus Christ.

What is faith?

Austin Bowler
To have faith is to “hope for things which are not seen, which are true” (see Book of Mormon, Alma 32:21 and Hebrews 11:1). Faith is wonderful. Although faith can be hard at times because we can not see our Heavenly Father, persistence will always pay off, and we will be able to feel of our savior's love. Show more Show less
