Hi I'm Justin Gentry

I grew up in Utah, moved to Pennsylvania and Colorado. I like talking to people and playing water sports. I'm a mormon

About Me

I lov people. I love helping and doing anything that I can to help anyone. I am always up to try something new. My favorite things to do are mostly sports, such as, american football, soccer, volleyball, wake boarding, and racquet ball. I absolutely love to read, but I absolutely hate writing. My love for reading started when I was a kid, and now I can hardly be seen without a book in my hand. I deferred my acceptance into BYU Idaho because I will be going on my mission to Málaga, Spain. I am stoked to go on my mission. Not only is Spain an incredible place to go, I have been waiting to go on my mission and serve the Lord since I can remember. The Church has always been my greatest source of friends and comfort. I love my family (even though at times they can be really frustrating). I also love to cook, which I learned from my mom. My favorite food is my family recipe for mashed potatoes and meatballs. I know that no one will know what that is, but trust me, its fantastic. I like to think I'm a humorous guy, but I usually leave that up for other people to decide. I like your parents music. 60's-2010 music is my favorite. I am not a picky eater, and I try and challenge myself to eat the most exotic things I can find. (cause why not right?) I want to be an auctioneer when I finish college. My friends have always been my source of support and I cant wait to make new ones.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a Mormon family but I have come to love the gospel and feeling of the spirit. I have a testimony that has grown over the years of Christ and his gospel. The Church makes me happy and I am going on a mission to spread the happiness that has been brought to my life, to others. I am proud to be a Mormon

How I live my faith

I was always a youth leader for my youth group. I organized meetings and activities with my other leaders. I love talking about being a Mormon with my friends and all of those who find it interesting. I was a part of the Boy Scouts of America that is sponsored by our Church and I became an Eagle Scout. I try to live the ideals of the Church to the fullest extent that I can.
