Hi I'm Chase Davis

I'm a geek, fencer, and soldier in the US Army, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born 22 years ago to Jansen and Joy Davis. For 18 years my mother struggled with cancer until she passed away, and for 20 years I struggled with my faith, I fell away and did things I was not proud of, but I always felt a draw back, it wasn't until a friend of mine who was away came back and was able to baptize his daughter that I started to feel there was something more and eventually I came back. I still get to be me and be a strong member of the Church. I'm a huge geek who loves video games, dungeons and dragons, movies, the SCA, and computers. I'm an IT specialist for the Army in the 96th Sustainment Brigade.

Why I am a Mormon

It is the restored gospel of Christ, and it has done so much for me. My military service is a blessing I will never forget allowing me to live my life like I want to.

How I live my faith

I follow the true doctrines of the gospel, go to Church every week, pray, read the scriptures and do what's right. Though I am not your average member, being someone who watches some R movies, or drinks sodas like Coke and Pepsi, I still live the commandments and teachings of Christ.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Chase Davis
No, though the Church will take care of its own, I have plenty of friends who I have made a point to help when I could whether a member or not. Show more Show less
