Hi I'm Zennon Hutchings

I'm a Mormon, I'm serving a mission in Nampa. I'm from Tropic, Utah.

About Me

My name is Zennon. I just graduated and I loved to play basketball, baseball, and throw in track & field. I'm on my way to serve a mission in Nampa, Idaho. I have a girlfriend that I'm leaving behind to serve the lord for 2 years. When I come back I plan to study engineering. I also plan to be married in a temple of god. The church is the most significant part of my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I've chosen to be a member of this church because I have felt the Holy Ghost testify to me of the truthfulness of this gospel. I learned these things through my own hardships and trials, through much hard work. I bare you my testimony this day that this is the only true church on the earth, that Joseph Smith did in fact restore the fullness of the gospel, he did see God the Father and his Son Jesus Christ in the sacred grove as two separate beings. That the Savoir of the World Jesus Christ did suffer for our sins so someday we can come back to the fold and live eternally with Our Father in heaven.

How I live my faith

I love to serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. In my community almost everyone is LDS, we help each other out. Throughout my teenage years I've been called to serve in a few ecclesiastical callings. I've been in charge of my age group of boys. I prayed daily for them. As of right now I'm preparing to serve a mission and that's the most amazing service I can give God.

What is the Word of Wisdom that Mormons talk about?

Zennon Hutchings
The Word of wisdom or as I like to call it the W.O.W. is a set of guidelines that Mormons live by to keep their lives in line with the gospel. We know that god has given us the gift of our bodies and that that are precious. We believe that substances like tobacco, alcohol, illegals drugs, and coffee and tea are harmful to the body and should be avoided. We also believe in proper eating and taking good physical care of our bodies. We are promised great blessings if we live be these great words and guidelines. It is the same guidelines that Joseph Smith declared to the saints in 1833. Show more Show less
