Hi I'm Wyatt

I'm a lifeguard, writer, reader, student, and missionary. For the next two years, I'll be serving the people of Argentina.

About Me

Hi, my name's Wyatt. I'm eighteen. In my free time, I enjoy reading and writing and can constantly be found at the local library. I'm an Eagle Scout. I've worked hard to achieve and receive two AA degrees, as well as finish most of my GED. I work as a life guard and like to swim when I can. I've been called to be a missionary and to serve the people of Argentina for the next 24 months.

Why I am a Mormon

Joseph Smith was a young fourteen year old boy, with no education, and a future that was probably not the grandest. He had a question and he prayed to the only person who could truly answer that question: God. Joseph's prayer was answered. God and His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, appeared to Joseph. They called him by name because they knew his name. They knew everything about him. They loved him enough to answer his prayer. Because of this experience, I know that God loves me. I've received answers to my own prayers. I am an imperfect being, but with Jesus Christ my potential is unlimited. I can be anything, do anything, overcome anything. There is no challenge, no addiction, no trial that cannot be overcome with the Lord's help. From this important occasion in the Mormon faith, I know that God loves me and that He knows me personally. He wants to help me. I know that God still answers prayers and that He loves to show His love for us.

How I live my faith

I am about to leave on a FULL TIME MISSION. I live my faith by doing the best that I can to keep the commandments and to be more Christlike. I do my best to choose the right. Christ showed love to everyone, and I try my hardest to do the same.
