Hi I'm Esther

I love the mountains. I love to laugh and wear bows in my hair. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Ever since I was little, I grew up listening to the piano. My oldest sister would play all the time at home. She taught me to play and I have been playing since I was about 8. Music has been a constant in my life. As well as sports. I juggled both sports and music in high school and it was both the craziest and funnest events of my life. This passion lead into my college life which is...now! I am a college student who loves to learn, loves to listen to music, and loves to run. I come from a large family and the life experiences that one has can only be attributed to being part of a big family and I love them very much. I live in a town where the mountains are very close. The mountains have become a part of me. I love being so close to them and to have the freedom and opportunity to take see sites from such great heights.

Why I am a Mormon

What a wonderful question! I am a Mormon because there is no greater joy in knowing what my purpose in life is. There is no greater peace that comes with knowing that a Heavenly Father loves me and wants to guide my life and wants to give me eternal happiness and joy. I am a Mormon because I understand the importance of love in all things and how in all things, they tie back to Jesus Christ and my Heavenly Father. There have been times in my life where I ask myself why certain things happen, or what the purpose of my life is. Knowing that Jesus Christ knows exactly how I feel, knows what things I'm going through and is able to forgive me when I do something wrong, is liberating and gives me a peace that comes from God. I know He lives and died for me. I know Heavenly Father knows me by name, understand all of my weaknesses and loves me still. I know He lives to guide my life and I know there is no greater happiness than knowing that I can be with my family forever--even after death.

How I live my faith

I work within the organization of the women of my church in providing help when someone needs to be taken care of if they are sick, or are having a difficult time in their life in where they need extra helping hands. I coordinate rides for people if they need it, meals for families if the family is going through a difficult time due to death or temporal inability to prepare their own meals.
