Hi I'm Cameron

I was born in Japan, grew up in Indiana, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a sophomore in college, studying chemical engineering. I am currently serving as a full-time missionary in Japan. I enjoy reading and performing with different music ensembles.

Why I am a Mormon

To answer the question directly, I am a Mormon because I have come to know for myself that this gospel of Jesus Christ is true. I have prayed and asked God if the Book of Mormon is the word of God and if Joseph Smith is a true Prophet who translated the Book of Mormon through the power of God and I have received an answer. I know that Jesus is the Christ and that through His Atonement we can come to live with our Father in Heaven again. I also know that Jesus Christ is aware of all of our wants and needs and that all people can receive comfort and strength through the Atonement of Jesus Christ, as I have.

How I live my faith

As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints there are many opportunities to serve and to live my faith. I have had the opportunity to teach people ranging in ages from 12 to sometimes people in their 80's and it has been a wonderful opportunity to grow together in our faith of Jesus Christ. I have also had the opportunity to serve individual people throughout my life.
