Hi I'm Allie

I grew up in Utah and Nevada. I'm a cellist and a pianist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I just finished my first year of college and I'm excited for where life will take me next. I'm a lover of all things Disney (especially the animated classics), and music is a large part of my life. The piano and the cello are my main instruments, but I also play the violin, guitar, clarinet, and organ. I also love to sing in choir or jam out in my car. Reading on a rainy day is one of my favorite things to do.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a Mormon my entire life. I continue to follow His gospel because of the great joy and peace it brings into my life. No matter what I'm going through, I always know that I can turn to Him and He will understand what I am going through. His gospel gives me answers to any question that I may have, and gives me an example with which to follow. Living His gospel gives me a greater sense of purpose in this life. His gospel is one of the greatest blessings in my life, and that is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I'm a choir pianist and an organist in my ward. I love these callings as they allow me to share my musical talents with others. I also have the perk of listening to all of the wonderful voices in church, which just makes me super happy. While at church on Sunday, I get to listen to people share their thoughts on the lesson being taught as well as personal experiences. Sometimes I will share my own thoughts, but mainly I like to go to church to learn from other people.
