Hi I'm Seth Berlin

Currently a full-time missionary in Sweden. I love my family. I thoroughly enjoy athletics and the outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have 5 brothers and 1 sister, and fall right in the middle of all them. I love to compete and have grown up playing a number of competitive sports. Basketball and soccer are my favorite. I enjoy hiking, being outside, and traveling to see new things and experience new adventures. I'll go to college on scholarship when I finish my missionary service and know that making plans and working hard pays off. I hope to start a number of businesses to help people throughout the world that have so little.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon simply because I know God lives. As I've been taught in my youth I've had a great deal of opportunity to test the things that I've been taught to see for myself the truth and assurance of them. As I have done so, and not done so I have felt the difference in my life. Through consistent effort and shortcomings and then getting back up I have gained a testimony of prayer, living prophets, priesthood power, and many other essential gospel principles. The impact these simple truths have had on my life are astounding and are so powerful that I cannot deny them. Each and every day, and every week I become spiritually renewed through following the teachings wrought by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day saints.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by uplifting and encouraging others. I've been blessed with the ability to be a very positive and happy person. I find joy in seeing others smile, and love to spread that joy. I fulfill monthly visits to families within my neighborhood to listen to their interests, concerns, exciting news, and offer my help to them. I attend my meetings willingly and excitedly and always try to add my input and come prepared to contribute. I try to "always remember Jesus Christ" and in doing so often find myself acting in certain ways, or choosing certain things that reflect these thoughts. Although small, these decisions and that central focus on Jesus Christ enable me to love more deeply and serve more effectively. I try to live my faith selflessly rather than selfishly by tending to and meeting the needs of others.
