Hi I'm Madeline Evans

I was born and raised in Utah. I have an amazing family. Called to serve in the Chile Osorno Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have just graduated from high school and will be heading off to serve a LDS Mission. After which I will be attending college. During High School I played rugby and loved every moment. My family is the source of my strength and they have made me into the person I am today.

Why I am a Mormon

Why am I a Mormon? When I was a young teen I went to church because of my parents. I relied solely on my parents testimonies and didn't know for myself of the truthfulness of the gospel. As I went through trials that tested my faith I began to question Heavenly Father as to why things were happening. Through prayer answers were given to me. I knew that my trials were there to help me grow. My testimony was mine no longer my parents. The reason that I am a Mormon is because I choose to be. I have learned for myself that the gospel is true. I know that the Lord suffered for me so that I could return to Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

As a youth I helped the youth in my ward. I helped plan activities and lessons but my main purpose was to serve the other youth in my ward. Through those experiences I was shown the love that our Heaven Father has for each one of His children. Currently I am preparing to serve a full time mission devoting the next 18 months of my life. Bringing more of my brothers and sisters to the joy and truthfulness of His gospel.
