Hi I'm Jenn Tate

I grew up in Orem, Utah. I love to travel and to learn about art and biology. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hey! I'm Jenn! I have 4 siblings and 8 step siblings. I'm going to college to become an OB/GYN, I love babies and how they develop. I'm a really chill person who is usually the peacemaker in my family, right now i'm preparing to go on a mission so it's going to be hard to leave my family cause i'm one of the ones who holds it together. I'm just a regular girl who likes to eat, watch Netflix, and take a nap after work!

Why I am a Mormon

So i'm one of those typical "Utah Mormons" who was born and raised in the church, but I didn't keep on going to church because my mom told me to or that my friends were there, but I went because I felt something different. I've had too many miracles in my life which help me to know that this gospel is the only complete true living church on the earth today. I do believe that other religions have some parts of truth, but they are missing many truths that we have. The priesthood keys bestowed with the right authority can help in so many ways, some are baptism, gaining the gift of the Holy Ghost, the sealing of families for time and eternity so that even after death we can be with our loved ones, and blessing that we receive when we go to the temple. I am Mormon because I can't afford to live my life without the gospel and working toward eternal life so that I can be with my future husband and kids forever.

How I live my faith

My calling in the church is a nursery leader which translates into, "Daycare supervisor so that all the parents can go to their specific classes without their screaming kid". I actually love it, I get to play with 2 year olds and feel their little spirits grow, their love of christ and the gospel is hard to fathom cause they are only 2 years old. I love how Christ always tells his people to become as little children, I feel their purity and innocence each time I go to church and it makes me want to be better.
