Hi I'm Riley

I was born in St. George Utah. I love to play sports and be with family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I just graduated High School, and I love to play Lacrosse. I enjoy being outdoors and being with my friends and family. I was in the theater department all through High School because I love to act. I'm going to go to college after I serve a full-time mission to be a general dentist.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this faith and all my family are members so growing up and going to church was like just a thing that we always did. I believed what my parents believed and I always did what I was supposed to without a doubt that this might not be the right thing. It wasn't until I was about 14 or 15 that I really got a testimony of this church for myself. I started to attend seminary and that really opened up my eyes and heart to the feeling of the spirit so I started to pray and study my scriptures by myself for the first time and whenever I would do that this overwhelming feeling of peace and joy would come into me and I started to know for myself that what I was doing since a little kid is right.

How I live my faith

In my ward I was on they Stake Youth Council which helped plan activities and devotionals for the youth in our area. I am currently called to be a full-time missionary to serve in Mexico for two years. I hometeach three families in our area and all three are members of my faith but one family is not active in it.

What is done with the tithing that Mormons pay?
