Hi I'm Daniel Benvenuto

I'm the son of a Brazilian and a Uruguayan. I graduated from High-School and College at 16. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated from High-School at the early age of 16 with an Associates Degree of Science. I did this so that I would have time before turning 18 and serving a Mission, to work and save up money for the future. I have always been very focused on my education, but I still love having fun every now and then. I love camping, hiking, soccer, swimming, movies, and just about any activity that brings people together. I will be serving a Full-time Mission for the Church from September 2016 - September 2018 in Brazil.

Why I am a Mormon

I don't have a light-switch conversion story or an exact moment when I knew for the first time that the Church was true. I have just always known for myself that this was right. I give credit to my parents for converting to the Church themselves and raising their children in the Light of the Gospel. It is because of them that I love my Savior, it is because of them that I want to follow Him with all my heart and help others come unto Him. I am blessed with amazing parents who have taught me from a very young age what is right. I intend to do the same with my future children.

How I live my faith

I have always had a youth leadership role throughout my time in the Youth Program. I was always either a President or a counselor to my group. This gave me the great opportunity to always be a part of teachings them lessons on Sundays and planning activities every week. I love putting together a nice service project for a person in need, but I also love planning a crazy fun swim party. Always having responsibilities to handle has immensely blessed my life and has helped me become a great leader.
