Hi I'm Meghan

I grew up in Calgary, Canada. I am preparing to serve a mission. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am 19 years old. I graduated from high school last year and have spent the last 12 months saving up for university, where I am interested in becoming a teacher. I love to read fantasy books and keeping up with the lastest Marvel movies. I consider one of my biggest accomplishments to be when I went on a ten week exchange program to Segovia, Spain.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe in Christ. I believe that the Mormon religion is not only the only true church on earth, but that it is guided by people who are actively communicating with God. These prophets are the only people on earth who possess all the keys of the priesthood, which is the manifestation of Gods power on earth. I am able to feel such love for my fellow me when I serve in His name. I truly believe that God loves me and every person that has ever lived and that ever will live. We are His children and He is our Father.

How I live my faith

As a Mormon I try to actively bring my faith into my day to day life. I have a church calling that requires me to help plan fun activities through which the women in our church can meet and feel the Holy Spirit. I am a visiting teacher which means that I take special messages from the church leaders to other women in my ward. This allows me to connect with people I otherwise might not have met and helps me to find people to serve.
