Hi I'm Hannah

I was born and raised in New York. I love to see people smile. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like to play volleyball, watercolor, bake, read, go on hikes, surf, and spend time with my siblings. I love to go on adventures! I am serving a mission in Brazil and will return to college after 18 months.

Why I am a Mormon

Everything that is good in my life, I owe to my Heavenly Father. My family, my friends, my education, the gospel, my ward family, etc. I have seen miracles in my life and I know with out a doubt in my mind that there is a God and that this is the true Church. It gives me great comfort knowing that this is the same Church that was established when Christ was on the earth. I am grateful for modern day prophets and I know that the Lord would never lead us astray. The Lord works through imperfect people but the doctrine and the revelations that the Lord gives us are never imperfect. I know that Joseph Smith was a true prophet. I am grateful for the Book of Mormon for the power and strength it gives to those who read it. I love this Church with all my heart. I know that love is real and I know that our Heavenly Father loves us more than we could ever imagine.

How I live my faith

I love to serve the people in my ward! I have been called to numerous callings with the Youth programs. I love to help young girls realize and reach for their potential in their Church callings and in their day to day life. I love spending time with those I home teach as it gives me the opportunity to serve and get to know those I wouldn't usually have the chance to.

What is being a Mormon like?

Hannah
I love talking to my friends about my family being LDS because they always say how happy we are. We love to love! I believe that happiness exudes from this Church. The Church is NOT for perfect people. No one is perfect. But I know from personal experience that by following the principles of the Church, we strive to be better every single day which ultimately brings us happiness. And we are so blessed to have the Atonement because we all make mistakes - but the Atonement is there to help us come to Christ. Show more Show less
