Hi I'm Adam

I am from Provo, Utah. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a full time missionary serving in the Iloilo, Philippines mission. I love the gospel and I chose to serve a mission so that I can help others have the eternal joy that is possible for each of us through the atonement of Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the church my whole life. I continue to follow His Gospel because I know this is the restored church of Jesus Christ. I know this through prayer and scripture study.

How I live my faith

I serve the Lord each day as a full time missionary. I obey the commandments of the Lord and follow the direction the Lord wants me to take.

What are Mormon church services like? Are visitors allowed at church meetings? Can I attend church?

Adam
The primary Mormon church service is called sacrament meeting. These meeting are held each sunday in the LDS church chapel. Visitors are encouraged to attend this meeting even if they are not a member of the LDS church. If those in attendance wish to do so, they may partake of the bread and water that is blessed and passed to the congregation. We do not pass a donation plate around to the congregation nor request donations as part of our sunday worship. Visitors are also welcome to attend the other sunday meetings that follow sacrament meeting. Show more Show less
