Hi I'm Nathan

I grew up in Arizona. I love music and the outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

In my family I am the oldest out of 4. I have two younger brothers and a little sister. One of my favorite hobbies is dirt bike riding out in the desert. My other hobbies include playing the piano and choir.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Mormon church and growing up my family was very active and attended church as often as we could. But, due to certain circumstances, my parents started to fall away from the church and eventually got divorced the summer before I began high school. Since then they have remained inactive and I too had stopped attending church. It didn't take very long for me to realize that something was missing. My parents tried to convince me that leaving the church was the best thing for them and for me but deep down I knew it was wrong. After much thought and prayer I began going back to church by myself. I eventually came to a new and stronger realization that this is where God wanted me to be, and that this church was the one and only true church on this Earth. Before my parents separated, it seemed like I only went to church because I was told to and that I was told it was the right thing to do. But now I personally know that coming to church this was the right thing to do, not from being to told to do it, but because I know I needed too. This is Christs true church on this Earth and we need his gospel to live our lives to the best they could possibly be to return to live with our Father in Heaven.

How I live my faith

Growing up I had many responsibilities within my ward including being the president of a couple my youth groups. I was very involved in our youth activities and camp outs. As I got older I was asked to play the piano for Priesthood opening exercises.
