Hi I'm Daniel J. Sant

I am an artist and have a passion for learning, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Utah, and moved to Washington, and then later to Louisiana. I am going on a mission to California, Spanish-speaking, and I am excited to have the chance to help others in the ways I am called to do. Though called to a Spanish-speaking mission, I also can speak German and sign American sign language, and a small amount of Welsh and Swedish. I am an artist, and love expressing feelings and designs of human emotion through that work. I love my family and love serving and making myself useful in as many ways as I can, especially when I can find further purpose to my missions and life-goals, or do the same for others.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church, and in my heart I have always known it to be true. I do not think that there was one specific moment when I had the 'ah ha' telling me that this gospel is true, but my faith has continually grown with a testimony of the truth. The joy the knowledge of my Savior that this gospel has brought has been without a price. In my life, struggles and trials have come, but this gospel has given me a higher purpose as I have learned what it really means to be a child of God. When I do good, I feel good, and His power has saved my life and being a member of His church has been the greatest joy and purpose in my life. It binds my family and me together and gives us hope that we are together forever.

How I live my faith

In my church I teach primary classes for kids. I also prepare and bless the sacrament each week. The sacrament is a way we are able to renew the covenants we've made with our Father in our lives. I live in an area that is known to have strongly differing opinions about religion. I live my faith as I learn and understand more about the faith of others. Many believe in their Savior Jesus Christ and I love to hear them express their own faith. I am willing to share my faith with anyone in need, and rejoice in doing so.
