Hi I'm Bailey

I am from Salem, Utah. I go to Dixie State University, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Utah, but I moved around a lot. I went to a different school almost every single year. I love meeting new people and making friends. I am majoring in Dental Hygiene, and I work as a dental assistant.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church. Almost all of my family members are members of the church. I have a line of pioneer heritage. All these people definitely have helped me gain my testimony of the church. My parents took me to church as a little girl and taught me the importance and teachings of the gospel. When I was 12 years old I had the opportunity to go to many church history sites with my aunt. When I was learning of Joseph Smith and all he went through to restore the gospel of Jesus Christ I had an overwhelming feeling of its truthfulness. The Spirit was so strong. I knew in that moment that Joseph Smith was a true prophet of God and that the gospel was and is true and would play a big part in my life. My dad passed away and my mom fell inactive around this same time. I had to decide what I wanted for my life and rely on my own testimony. It didn't mean it was going to be easy, but I knew that it would be worth it. Heavenly Father and The Savior have helped me through many trials in my life. Because of the love I have for this gospel and all of Gods children, I have chosen to serve a mission for the church. I am so grateful for my Savior and his atonement, my Heavenly Father, and the Holy Ghost.

How I live my faith

I have served in many callings for my church. One that I particularly enjoyed was working on the service council for my singles ward. I enjoy participating in church activities that help me connect with people and learn more about them.
