Hi I'm Louise

I'm disabled (Mild Cerebral Palsy), Newly baptised (30th January 2016), Loving life as a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy watching Disney movies, reading books, watching YouTube, and eating watermelon.

Why I am a Mormon

I guess I've always prayed, whether it's for friends and family during times of trouble, to needing a helping hand myself, but I had never really took time out to find out who or what I was actually praying to. Leading up to my baptism I prayed hard, to know if this Church is true and if I was doing the right thing. I got that answer the day I first said the closing prayer in a missionary lesson. I felt a wash of warmth cover me, I was buzzing. From then I knew, for sure, that this Church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, was the place of true knowledge. This Church is so welcoming and so much like an extended family. Something I am so, so, grateful to be a part of. Following His gospel is an amazing blessing that we all are able to do!

How I live my faith

I like to think I'm very active in my ward. I help to organise fundraisers and events. Visiting Teaching is one of my loved activities, sharing the gospel with other Sisters and helping them out where necessary.
