Hi I'm Samuel

I'm Idaho born and raised. I love my family and this Gospel. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to swim! I've been on swim teams since I was eight and now I get to coach one! I'm called to serve in the Mexico Saltillo mission and am super excited, I plan on growing my testimony and being an instrument in the Lord's hands to share the Light of Christ. I have always wanted to be a student at Brigham Young University and after my mission I get to attend. I am still looking for something to major in , but I will continue to seek the Lord as I find out more plans for my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon, because I have felt the healing power of Jesus Christ. He can help me continue to work and progress even in my loneliest days. If anything goes wrong, don't blame God, turn to Him, and you will find your answer. But, it is not only for the hard times that I have accepted His one true gospel. It is for the happy times as well, the beautiful becomes exquisite, and the amazing turns brilliant, when you acknowledge Christ's hand in it. Being a Mormon lets me see a little of how God sees the world, which is, our future Celestial world. I am a Mormon, I know it, I live it, I love it!

How I live my faith

I have been able to be a leader in many of my youth groups, and it is awesome :) Being a leader in these groups requires more commitment than just on Sunday but also requires someone to be a friend and leader outside of church. I have always done my best to keep my youth group members company and to be their friend. Living my faith is more than a calling though, it is a all-time, life-time dedication. I have learned that studying my scriptures every day, praying, keeping my thoughts focused on the Lord, and trying to be a light among the world gives me more satisfaction and increases the quality of my relationships, be it with family or friends. I have been an active member in the Seminary where I attended High School and continue to try to serve in God's kingdom. I am excited to go on my mission to Mexico and I hope only to spread the Light of Christ and the joyous message of His Atonement.
