Hi I'm Reynaline

I live in the Philippines. I am now preparing myself to serve a full-time mission. I'm a Mormon. I love God. I love my family.

About Me

I have lots of friends. I love talking and being with them. I love reading books especially church related ones. I also love singing songs even if my voice is not that good. I am already a graduate of Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in Chemistry. I love eating but I'm skinny. I am now 21 years old and is currently preparing myself to serve a full-time mission.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was still young, my testimony about the gospel is borrowed. I remember saying my testimony like this: I believe ... . Then as I grew up, I started to have questions like why am I going to this church and not to other churches. And then one of our church leaders mentioned that you must have your own testimony in order to share the gospel to other people. I was then inspired by other members and through scripture reading that saying I know instead of I believe means that you really have a testimony of it. I started reading the scriptures and pondering about the things written on it. Also, I got very excited to attend seminary classes more than I ever did before. I now have a firm testimony that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the only true church of God here on earth. I know that God lives. I know that the challenges we face everyday will help us become stronger and that God will not leave us comfortless during those times, instead He will help us bear every trial and will help us understand His plan for us. All these things I leave in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.

How I live my faith

I used to teach the young women ages 12-13 in my ward at Manila back when I was still studying. I find it exciting and challenging to teach them. I can still remember the times that I am preparing my lessons. I realized that almost all of the topics assigned for me to teach them are the things that I also need to improve within me. That helped prepare more on how to share them what they need to know. Now, every time I read a good quote or reminder or scripture verse, I share it on some of the social medias. Not all who will see it might need it but I know there's someone out there that is seeking for answers to their prayers and that could be the answer.
