Hi I'm Carolyn

I love people especially the youth. We love to have others live with us when in need. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother and grandmother. I love to read, cook and be outdoors. I have lived in many different areas of the U.S. and this has given me the chance to meet many people from all walks of life. I enjoy finding out about others interests and beliefs. I love to travel and see the different parts of the world. Traveling through other countries has given me a greater respect for other people and their beliefs.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church but I had to gain my own testimony. I thought I knew the church was true but it wasn't until I moved away from home that I was really tested. I found that I had to pray and ask the Lord if the church was true. I had to struggle and rely on the Lord for answers. I have had miracles in my life that have been a blessing to me and have helped my testimony grow stronger. I have had to continually strive to keep my testimony strong by praying and reading the scriptures. I now know that there is nothing that can take away my faith in the Lord if I continue to do these things. I love my Savior and I am so thankful for his sacrifice for me. I continually try to do better each day and even when I fail I know my Father in Heaven loves me. I can feel his love even through trials and struggles. When the answer to my prayers are different than I think they should be I pray for the strength to endure and accept His will. I am thankful to be a Mormon and know that I am a loved daughter of God.

How I live my faith

I have taught the youth in many different callings and I love hearing of their faith along with their struggles. Many young people have gone through many difficult trials and have become stronger in their beliefs. I love learning from them and helping them learn. I also enjoy visiting as a teacher and meeting many different people. I love meeting people in our community and of different religions. There is so much to learn from others if we just listen. We recently moved to a new area and are getting to know many people. It is wonderful to learn about new areas and see different parts of the Lords creations.
