Hi I'm Antoinette John-Griffith

I was born and raised in the city of London, Studying performing Arts, I'm a mormon

About Me

My name is Antoinette Eleise John-Griffith, I was born in London New cross. I have a Mum, dad, Stepdad one sister and one brother. My dad was born in Barbados and My mum was born in England but her side of the family is from St.Vincent. I studied performing Arts at school and college and hope to pursue Theater studies after my mission. I am serving in the Georgia Atlanta mission, and visa waited in the England Manchester Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

We came in contact with the LDS church when my dad married someone who is a member. I was baptized at 16 years old but grew up in the church from the age of 2. I am a Mormon because I feel this bundle of joy every time i see the members and go to church. I have grown so much in the church, I love this gospel because, I've seen so many blessings in my lives the people I've met, and the opportunities I've been able to recieve to go on a mission and inviting people to come unto Christ. I have calling as a nursery teacher, YSA (young single Adult) Committee and Sunday school Teacher for the youth.

How I live my faith

In my home ward, I live by faith, accept calling in the church and working with other fellow members of the church, this has pushed me out of my comfort zone, when i have thought I wasn't capable to do things in life, acting by faith has pushed me to strive more and be diligent. Life will always be hard but pushing myself into things I haven't done has made me confident to take on calling in the church.

What is faith?

Antoinette John-Griffith
Faith in God is more than a theoretical belief in Him. To have faith in God is to trust Him, to have confidence in Him, and to be willing to act on your belief in Him. It is a principle of action and power. When you act on something there will be a change. Show more Show less
