Hi I'm Madi

Just your average teenager. Future Sister Missionary. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Provo Utah. I am the oldest of four children. My family moved to Moab when I was six and we have lived here ever since. I feel so blessed to live in this beautiful place. I played volleyball, basketball, and softball for my high school and I was Student Body President my Senior Year. I love to stay busy and involved. I have always wanted to be a part of something big. Soon I will be part of one of the largest organizations in the world! I am leaving to serve in the Virginia Chesapeake Mission for 18 months and I am so excited! When I return I will be attending Brigham Young University. I hope to obtain a bachelors degree in Nursing.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon gives me hope. The gospel of Jesus Christ makes me truly happy. I know that because I make good choices I will be blessed. I know if I do the things required of me I can return to live with my Heavenly Father for eternity. I find so much joy in knowing that this life is not the end! I am a Mormon because I love Jesus Christ. I am a Mormon because I know the Book of Mormon is ANOTHER Testament of our Savior, Jesus. I know it goes hand and hand with the Bible. I know that God gave Joseph Smith the power to translate it. I know it contains true revelation given to old day prophets from God. I am a Mormon because I am led by a modern day prophet just like people where thousands of years ago. Why would God take away that huge part of the bible times. We need a prophet now more than ever as the world becomes more and more wicked. We have someone who is guided by God to direct our church. I am a Mormon because I love know that this is God's true church. We have the whole truth. We have the key to making it back to our Eternal Father in Heaven.

How I live my faith

I have held many leadership roles in the church that have helped me to grow in so many ways, but I think I have helped others grow as well. Serving others has always been so satisfactory for me. Every day I strive to be a good example. I try to be the best Mormon I can be so that people not only have a good impression of the church but are interested in it and want to learn more! I live my faith be striving to be the best I can be and I know God can, and will, do the rest!
