Hi I'm Case

I grew up in Idaho. I love school and learning. I dance ballroom. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a mild mannered fellow who likes nothing more than enjoying time with friends. I seem to get along with most others and don't mind the rest. As far as hobbies, I like Cross Country Skiing, reading, dancing, horseback riding, and pondering eccentric scenarios.

Why I am a Mormon

I am very hesitant when it comes to decision making. Despite my being born to members of the LDS church and therefore instructed to be baptized all my life, I had some doubts. However, some months before my 8th birthday and following baptism, we had a lesson about how Mormon and Moroni compiled the plates, adding their own thoughts at the end. I was curious as to what they would say, so I read the parts they wrote. When I got to the part in Moroni where he tells the reader to pray and ask if the book is true, I thought of Joseph Smith's similar experience with James 1:5. I decided to follow the instructions. It was the feelings that I had afterwards that convinced me that I should be baptized. I got baptized the following month. Every promised blessing described by Moroni has followed. I wish for them to keep coming, in addition to all the other promised blessings I continue to receive. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I am occasionally called upon to help others start, expand, and link their family trees. I also am able to teach or lead my Sunday classes in discussions about principles of belief. Now, I am being trained to be a missionary and teach others about Christ.
