Hi I'm Kyler Anderson

I grew up in Utah. I love to play sports. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a very active person. I play almost every sport out there. My favorites are Volleyball, Football, and Basketball. I also played Soccer, Track, and Baseball. My senior year, I was one of the Football team captains. My volleyball team got second at a big tournament in California. I also enjoy singing. In high school I sang in the A Capella choir. I am an Eagle Scout.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know its true. I grew up in an LDS home. When I was 12 years old I went to a week long program called Efy. At Efy I was challenged to pray about the Book Of Mormon and ask if it was true. Just as Moroni promises that if you pray about the Book of Mormon you will receive confirmation that it is true if you ask with a sincere heart. I prayed. I was in my dorm room on the ground, kneeling next to my bed when I prayed and asked if the Book of Mormon was true. Immediately I felt an overwhelming burning in my heart. This was the spirit testifying to me of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon. I was taught that if the Book of Mormon was true, then Joseph Smith was a true Prophet, and that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the true church. I got confirmation that night that all of those things are true. I knew it then, and I know it now. I know that Thomas S. Monson is a true and living prophet. I know that Joseph Smith established this church. I know that the Book of Mormon is a true book. I know that it is a true testament of Jesus Christ and his dealings with his people here in the Americas. I know that this gospel is true and I love it.

How I live my faith

In my ward, I enjoy my calling as a Primary Teacher. I also enjoy home teaching those I visit.
