Hi I'm Garrett

I'm heading out to Alabama on the Lords errand, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm am an 18yearold high school graduate and have been accepted to BYU and the University of Utah, and have been called to serve in the Birmingham, Alabama, Spanish speaking mission. I really enjoy activities that involve interaction with other people. So things like acting, playing sports, videogames or going to parties, bonfires, or even watching movies. As long as I'm with people and having fun, I'm happy.

Why I am a Mormon

I am LDS because I have come to know of the blessings that come from the church and the happiness those blessings bring me. I know this church is true because I've felt it. It all makes sense in my head. Even the parts that don't make sense to me fit too, because I know that the lord has mysteries he will reveal when the time is right. And I can't believe only a part of it. If part of it is true, the rest of it has to be true too and I know it is.

How I live my faith

I serve 4 shifts at the Draper temple as an ordinance worker, and before that, was the first assistant in the Priests quorum. Since my ward has a particularly small group of young men, I still help administer the sacrament and collect fast offerings and such. My dad and I home teach a few small families as well.
